We pride ourselves in offering our customers a high quality service and comprehensive warranty for complete peace of mind.
Below outlines our commitment to creating a positive customer experience:
- The manufacture of all Office Basics branded products is quality controlled to guarantee optimum cartridge performance every time.
- All Office Basics products carry a 2 year warranty covering workmanship and materials. Any product found to be faulty by the customer during that time will be replaced free of charge or a full refund offered.
- If any Office Basics branded product exclusively causes damage to a customer’s printer or other machine, we guarantee to repair or replace the equipment at our cost subject to receipt of satisfactory evidence from a reputable service company.
- All customer complaints raised by email/phone will be responded to within a maximum of 24 hours but with an aim to respond within 6 hours of receipt during working days.
- A request for information will be acknowledged within 24 hours with an aim to also provide a response in this time. Should the content of request be such that further investigation, research or resource time is required the customer will be advised of an expected completion date.
